If you call or text us directly, we retain the phone number and any details of that conversation needed to schedule or complete your service.

We use this information to schedule, confirm, modify, and complete detailing, ceramic coating, and pressure washing appointments; to communicate with you about a specific booking by phone, text, or email; and to respond to quote requests and general inquiries. We do not use your information for anything beyond operating and communicating about our services.
Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you provide your mobile number and opt in through our booking form, we will send you text messages related to your appointment: booking confirmations, and updates if we're unable to accommodate a requested time. Message frequency depends on your activity with us and is typically one to two messages per appointment request.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, processes messages solely to transmit them on our behalf).

Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our SMS provider (Twilio), our hosting and email providers, and payment processors for gift card purchases, each of whom is only permitted to use your information to provide that specific service to us. We retain booking and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You can request that we delete your information by contacting us using the details below.
Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can decline to provide an email address on the booking form, as it is optional. You can always reach us by phone or text instead of using the website.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
