This is our coverage map and complete price list in one place. Zones are measured by driving distance from our Spotsylvania base, and your zip code decides which one you fall into.
Everything within 50 miles, which covers Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge, Dale City, Manassas and the surrounding communities, is our flat included rate with nothing added for travel. Past that, the rate steps up in three bands out to 95 miles, and anything further we quote individually.
The important part: the number you see for your zone is the number you pay. Travel, fuel and equipment are already built into it, so there is never a separate charge tacked on when we arrive.
What Goes Into a Job
Most detailing companies will not show you this, but we would rather you understand what you are paying for. This breaks our five most requested services down into real cost lines: chemicals, supplies, water, fuel, insurance, business overhead and labor.
Labor is far and away the largest share on every service, which is the honest reality of detailing done properly. A full detail is roughly four and a half hours of hands-on work, and a ceramic coating is a full day.
The small contingency line covers the jobs that need more than expected, heavier soiling, stubborn pet hair, or extra product on a badly neglected vehicle, so a difficult car does not turn into a renegotiated price halfway through.
One Price, All In
Travel, fuel, water, product and labor are all inside the number you are quoted. We do not add a trip charge at the door.
